The Sponsorship term is January 1 to December 31, renewable annually.
The Annual Contribution for Sponsorship is $25.00.
Sponsorship contributions are tax-deductible donations. Notification of any change in the Annual Contribution amount will be made in the September e-newsletter.
In lieu of the cash contribution, Sponsorship status can be obtained by a donation of goods and/or services. The application has space for suggestions.
Sponsors will receive Promotion. We will promote our Sponsors on this website, at our Honorary Mayor of Middleborough Inauguration (held in early April), at our Annual Meeting (held in early May), in our Annual Reports, and through our e-newsletters. Our Members and Volunteers should support you as you support us.
Also, Sponsors will receive our E-newsletters. The e-newsletters are sent monthly, and contain news from the charity, volunteer opportunities that we want you to be aware of, and invitations to our events. Because our Sponsorship term is based on the calendar year, and our Honorary Mayor of Middleborough Inauguration is in April, we will continue to send e-newsletters through the March edition. We will send you a Sponsorship application in February. Sponsors can vote in our fundraising election-style contest, and your contribution can be allocated towards the Honorary Mayor and Deputy Mayor candidates.
