The "Honorary Mayor of Middleborough" election is a fun, community-wide fundraising contest where the funds raised go to the serious cause of the upkeep of our many Middleborough graves, burial grounds, and burial plots. Our "Honorary Deputy Mayor" candidates highlight and reflect our 3rd purpose "to Preserve and promote the memory of those persons interred within Middleborough".
