Join the Stewardship Team!

Cemeteries are man-made open spaces that are surrounded by and include the natural beauty that is Middleborough.  Cemeteries need to maintained so that nature does not reclaim them and deny us of their purpose.

Headstones become unreadable and unstable. Memorial markers shift.  Fences become loose, rot, and rust. Roadways become undrivable, stone walls collapse.  Left unattended, the results can be tragic.

These photos were all taken in Middleborough and are examples of unmaintained cemeteries. We need stewardship teams to clean and maintain cemeteries and prevent and prevent them from becoming overgrown again.
