Our policy regarding Scout projects |

These 7 Scout projects were completed during our existence.
Jake Smith, of Boy Scout Troop 64, worked at the Gammon Cemetery in October 2012 as his Eagle Scout project. Caleb Savard, of Boy Scout Troop 20, worked at the Wappanucket Cemetery in December 2014 as his Eagle Scout project. Jordan Hurley, of Boy Scout Troop XXX, worked at the Fall Brook Cemetery in August 2015 as his Life Scout project. Alex Cassady, of Troop 20, worked at the Nemasket Hill Cemetery in November 2016 as his Eagle Scout project. Jordan Hurley, now of Troop 49 in Kingston, worked at the Warrentown Cemetery in August 2017 as his Eagle Scout project. Cameron Ahokas, of Troop 96, worked at the Gammons Cemetery in November 2017 as his Eagle Scout project. Jack Franey, of Troop 96, worked at the Reed Cemetery and the Gilbert Pierce Cemetery in July 2018 as his Eagle Scout Project. |
In appreciation of all the work that the people listed at the left did for us, the FoMC created a policy:
If any Scout wants to work in any Middleborough cemetery, talk to us about funding the project. - We do not MANAGE any of the cemeteries in Middleborough. You still need to obtain permission from the Boards or Trustees or Commissions in charge. We can help you establish these relationships. - If we approve of your project, we will give you an initial $100. We are open to more too, so ask! - We are a Volunteer organization. We should be able to get you Volunteers. - We have a Social Media Presence. We can use this for the benefit of your project. |
