The Outreach Committee

Specific areas of the Outreach Committee are using different e-mail addresses.

The YouTube channel is using "[email protected]"

The Outreach Committee itself has an e-mail account, through Google. It is [email protected]

The committee makes use of the Google Drive. All of the applications that the Outreach Committee processes, buttons to the right, require that "Outreach" be logged into the Google account before any processing can begin. During processing, the Contacts area of G-mail has to be updated manually.

The Outreach Committee is responsible for recruitment and retention of Members, Volunteers, and Sponsors, along with Fundraising. All these tasks are inter-related, and require coordination.

The Committee operates our Booth at all public events, such as Krazy Days, Soule Homestead, Herring Festival, etc. The Booth explains who we are and what we do, and is prepared to process applications.

The Committee handles our "Speaking Bureau".

The Committee operates the "Hospitality Tent" at all Cemetery Events.  The Tent offers water and shade for the hot days. The First Aid Kit is here. Information, forms, and supplies are all here.

The Committee handles advertising, promotions, Facebook, Middleborough Gazette, etc.
