2025 Wreaths across America in Middleborough initiativeOn Saturday, December 13, 2025 at noon, this charity will join hundreds of other organizations world-wide in one simultaneous Remembrance Ceremony.
Here in Middleborough, we will place Remembrance Wreaths at the graves of as many Veterans as our community will support. There are thousands of Veterans interred and/or remembered in our cemeteries, all worthy of commemoration. The Wreaths will stay in place for about 6 weeks. We retire them in February, 2026, our "Wreath Removal and Recycling Day". To volunteer for this initiative, contact us. The theme of Wreaths across America for 2025 is "Keep moving forward". The theme was inspired by the last words of Captain Joshua Byers, United States Army, KIA, in Fallujah, Iraq, July 23, 2003.
