Volunteer Coordinators
Every organization that depends on Volunteers depends on people to ensure that the project stays on mission, on time, and on budget.
Our coordinators will need to:
- ensure that the Volunteer applications are signed before any work is done.
- ensure that any Parental authorization forms are signed.
- see to it that volunteers understand the safety issues that exist within cemeteries.
- coordinate the hospitality issues (shade, seating, restrooms, food, and refreshments) are addressed before working in the cemeteries.
- track the names of the people who participate in board-approved projects
- track the hours that each volunteer contributes.
- report to the Board of Directors the progress of the project.
- handle all funding and reimbursement issues with our Treasurer.
- coordinate press coverage and social media with our Clerk.
Volunteer Coordinators develop excellent qualifications for being on our Board of Directors.
