Meetings of the Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors can consist of between 3 and 20 people. All Directors have one year terms that expire in May, 2020.
Our Board of Directors consists of 13 people, and they are:

Jeff Stevens - Vice-President
Barbara Winslow - Clerk

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month.
Meetings are open to anyone who wants to attend.
Becoming a Director
All Members are eligible to become a Director.
Members elect Directors at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation, held in early May.
Directors serve for one year.
Directors are volunteers and are not compensated in any way for their service. Any hours at Board of Directors meetings does not count towards Volunteer hours donated for Membership.
Becoming an Officer
Officers are elected by the Board of Directors at the first meeting of the Board held after the Annual Meeting of the Corporation and serve until the first meeting of the Board after the Annual Meeting of the Corporation.
